Foster started as one character with a checkerboard face and eyes too big to hide anything. The story underneath is Jamaican roots grown in British soil — rasta youth making good from Kingston to London, told through a mascot who's been rugged, liquidated, and is still here anyway.

Every Idolo and Idola in the collection wears that story differently: gold-flecked cat ears, Union Jack knits, royal aso-oke regalia, Louis Vuitton silk, checkerboard skin. The traits are the culture. The community is the real alpha.
